Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing: Orders are dispatched 1 day after customer confirmation via WhatsApp or phone.
  2. Free Delivery: Available on all orders above PKR 1000. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
  3. Standard Delivery: For orders below PKR 2000, a flat PKR 250 delivery charge applies. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
  4. Express Delivery: Optional express shipping is available at PKR 350. Delivery will be made within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We offer a 14-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
  3. If the product was delivered under Free Delivery, and the customer wants to return or exchange it, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
  4. Returns or exchanges due to wrong or damaged items must be supported with an unboxing video as proof.
